AuraWave Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions Last Updated: June 26, 2026 Welcome to the AuraWave Affiliate Program. By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide complete and accurate registration information. Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or business unless approved in writing. AuraWave reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason. 2. Affiliate Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your affiliate account is your responsibility. You must promptly update any changes to your contact or payment information. 3. Commission Policy Commissions are earned only on completed and successfully paid orders tracked through your unique affiliate link. Commissions become eligible for payout only after the applicable refund and fraud review period has expired. AuraWave reserves the right to reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or disputed transactions. 4. Cookie Tracking Referral tracking is based on our affiliate tracking system and browser cookies. If a customer clears cookies, changes devices, or uses another affiliate’s link, the referral may not be attributed to you. AuraWave cannot manually assign commissions where tracking data is unavailable. 5. Minimum Payout The minimum payout is USD $200. Earnings below this amount will roll forward until the threshold is reached. 6. Payment Schedule Payments are generally processed once per month for eligible balances. Payment timing may vary depending on payment provider processing times and verification requirements. 7. Payment Methods Payments may be made through available methods such as: PayPal Wise Bank Transfer Other approved payment methods AuraWave may change available payment methods at any time. 8. Transfer & Banking Fees Any payment transfer fees, bank charges, intermediary bank fees, PayPal fees, Wise fees, currency conversion charges, taxes, or government deductions are the responsibility of the affiliate unless otherwise stated. These charges may be deducted from your payout. 9. Taxes Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable in their country. AuraWave is not responsible for withholding or paying taxes on behalf of affiliates unless required by applicable law. 10. Promotional Guidelines Affiliates may promote AuraWave through: Websites Blogs YouTube Social media Podcasts Email marketing (where recipients have consented) Paid advertising (subject to these Terms) Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and disclosure laws. 11. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not: Send spam or unsolicited bulk promotional messages. Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about AuraWave or its products. Impersonate AuraWave or represent themselves as employees or official representatives. Register domains or social media accounts that include “AuraWave” or confusingly similar names without written permission. Use copyrighted materials without authorization. Bid on AuraWave trademarked keywords in search advertising without prior written approval. Engage in fraudulent referrals, fake purchases, self-referrals intended solely to generate commissions, coupon abuse, or other deceptive practices. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. 12. Product Claims Affiliates must not guarantee: Specific financial results Guaranteed income Medical or psychological outcomes Any outcome that cannot be supported by the product Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing is truthful and complies with applicable advertising standards. 13. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, product images, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of AuraWave. Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting AuraWave. 14. Customer Relationship Customers who purchase through an affiliate remain customers of AuraWave. AuraWave is responsible for customer support, payment processing, refunds, and product delivery. 15. Refunds & Chargebacks If an order is refunded, disputed, charged back, or identified as fraudulent, any associated commission may be cancelled or deducted from current or future affiliate earnings. 16. Fraud Prevention AuraWave reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, including unusual traffic, fake leads, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to manipulate the affiliate system. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended without prior notice. 17. Account Suspension & Termination AuraWave may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if: These Terms are violated. Fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected. The affiliate damages AuraWave’s reputation. Required verification information is not provided. Upon termination, unpaid commissions related to violations may be forfeited. 18. Changes to the Program AuraWave may modify commission rates, promotional materials, payout schedules, affiliate benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 19. Disclaimer AuraWave makes no guarantee regarding affiliate earnings, sales volume, website traffic, or future income. Affiliate success depends on individual marketing efforts, audience, and market conditions. 20.
